1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Isiphephelo Technologies website and any services you request through it. By using the site or engaging us for work, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the website
You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to any system, scrape it at a scale that degrades performance, or reuse its content commercially without written permission.
3. Quotes and engagements
Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points. A binding engagement begins only once we issue a written quote or proposal and you accept it. Scope, timelines and deliverables are defined in that document and take precedence over general site content.
4. Payments
Unless a quote states otherwise, a deposit is payable before work starts and the balance on delivery. Recurring care plans are billed monthly in advance. Late payment may pause active work and support until the account is settled.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying content, brand assets, access credentials and timely feedback. Delays in providing these shift agreed delivery dates. You confirm that any material you supply does not infringe third party rights.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables produced for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks, reusable components and know-how, and may reference the completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
7. Third party services
Projects may rely on third party providers such as hosting, domains, email and payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
8. Warranties and liability
We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care, and fix defects reported within the agreed support window. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement.
9. Privacy and cookies
Information you submit through our contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy, and you can change your preferences at any time.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
